The fat lady can now sing! Everything posted off to the publisher's (except for two maps, of the Russian Federation and Siberia - lots of Golden Orioles breeding there), and now I am trying to find the energy to tackle a mountain of domestic chores, while I wait for the response from our Editor. So, it's a matter of keeping the samovar on the boil and a watchful eye on on the fan....
